I bought them yesterday and used them in my commute and on a workout at the gym as well, although I know they are not advertised as workout earbuds. The performed amazingly well and they didn't fall from my ears one time!!! In a workout that included jumping exercises. Amazing sound for the price and it isolates well. After the workout I noticed one small problem. When I answer calls from my huawei p9 lite phone the caller cant hear me clearly. There are gaps in my talking. I tried it from a windows phone and it works flawlessly. So is it a firmware issue? Is my Bluetooth on my huawei p9 lite old? It doesn't make sense because it's a last year's model. T

My headphones do not power on, I have charged them from several distinct connections, no luck. Once I connected them, the white led turn on just for a couple of seconds, then they just turn off. I have read all the manual but there is not clue.

The same thing has happened to me as well. Blocked with the blue light on. Buttons don't respond and I have to connect to a plug or laptop to 'reset' it. I'm also on my second unit.

Great product! Great sound! But... it happens that frequently it becames blocked with the blue light. Does not power off or anything else. The only way to change "unblock" it, is to connect it to power source. Firmware problem? It's my second unit.
What you are experiencing is not normal. I noticed that you are in Portugal, please contact the store where it was purchased and they should be able to assist you or at least guide you to those who can.
