Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amazing sound. Echo integration needs more work The audio quality is amazing as one would expect from Harmon Kardon. What is disappointing is the integration with Alexa/Echo is extremely basic lacking most features one would consider standard on any Echo enabled device. The device does not support multi-room audio nor are you able to customize the settings at all. No ability to enable a sound when you wake Alexa. No ability to customize the sounds at all. The HK app is for setup only. It has no customization settings aside from device name. Settings within the Alexa web page for the device are missing all customization settings. I was also surprised that HK support was completely unfamiliar with the product. I'm hopeful HK does some work on this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Allure not pairing with Alexa so use as night ligh I read reviews saying pairing is difficult. Do not count on either Amazon or HK to help you. You get a microscopic manual in 4 point type. Hello who do you think buys this product? Next it says get an app. You get the app but then it claims the speaker will get the app not your kindle or phone which both have it. The app is unable to find the device. Before you say Well he must not have experience, I have bought 21 amazon devices. Ship this device with instructions glued to speaker. Fire everyone who worked on the manual. The fix... put in a port to connect this speaker to echo dot 2.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ist vom Klang her ein tolles Gerät Das Gerät ist gut nur leider bin ich enttäuscht, dass die Allure nicht in der HK Remote App ist, damit man es mit seinen anderen HK Geräte zusammen steuern kann. Dann findet die Allure meine Omni 10 oder den Adapt nicht über Bluetooth. Habe mich extra für die Alexa von HK entschieden, damit alles kompatibel ist. Das ist sehr schade. Vielleicht kann man mir ja helfen.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No customer support or solutions for issues The sound quality is good but I do not recommend this speaker. The volume controls are super fiddly. The bass is super overpowering, with no direct way of adjusting the intensity. ie cannot be done via app or using alexa voice commands. You cannot enjoy the music at louder volumes without thumping bass that rocks the whole house. The bluetooth audio is out of sync with videos. Customer Services haven't offered any solutions to my problems (they weren't even familiar with the speaker) so I am returning it.

Hi, I have tried to set up WiFi to my HK Allure and it doesn't work. I used the HK Alexa set up app. I already reset my router, Allure and nothing.

Do a hard reset to defaults, look at the tiny hole near the power input port. The redo the initial config with setup app, and it will work flawlessly! BR

I use my speaker with spotify, used to have stereo sound but suddenly it changed to mono...how can I change it?

My Allure Portable is stuck at the setup process in HK Alexa app. It won't connect with my wifi router. When I tried to connect it directly with my iPhone, I can see the wifi connection drops right after establishing connection.

Thanks for sharing us your concern. Let's try some troubleshooting that may help you resolve the issue. Find a paper-clip or something similar and look for the pinhole at the back of the speaker. Fold out the paper-clip and insert it into the hole. Press the button until Alexa voice says &quot;Factory data reset&quot;. You can now set it up with our HK Alexa setup app. If you're still have issues, please submit a case request at https://www.harmankardon.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.
