Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Awesome I bought this back in December and I have been loving it since. This speaker packs a punch with its bass and sound quality is crystal clear. This speaker is also very portable and more with the carring case. The light shows were the main focus for why I bought it as I could use it when I have some friends over and just enjoy music and the light show. With the JBL Connect app, you can program the lightshows, but recently there was an update to the speakers firmware giving it two more light shows, Equalizer and Waves. I was astonished by how awesome these two light shows were especially the Equilizer. 5/5

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mini USB port is terrible Just after my warranty ran out I was not able to make it charge anymore or power up when plugged in. I took it apart and soldered the cord right too the board. The speaker looks like heck, but it works. Now today my kids charge3 ( the "underwater speaker) stopped charging or working when plugged in. It was their Christmas gift from me. I guess I will be hacking that one up too. But that is my fault, because I left it up to them to register their speaker. I realize things break, but for both speakers to fail in the exact same way sounds like a manufacturer issue. Very disappointing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO LOUD! I was looking at this item and I though oh ok it says it has a "loud" speaker and it really does!! The lights are so bright and the distance could go far :) if your looking to get this you will sure love it. Happy holidays!

Bonjour, j’ai acheter ma JBL Pulse 2 il y a deux et depuis 1 ans je peut la charger que quand le chargeur est orienter dans un certain angles et depuis 2mois je peut même plus la charger, Comment je peut faire?

Ja, det kan man. Tryk på "lys" knappen og hold den inde i mere end to sekunder, og displayet vil slukke. Du finder denne oplysning under punkt 6 i brugsanvisningen.

Will pulse 2 get connect+ update

The hardware used in the Pulse 2 is different from that in the newer products, which come with JBL Connect+. We have been testing with different JBL Connect speakers ( Flip 3, Xtreme, Charge 3, Pulse 2 ). Only the JBL Charge 3 is compatible with JBL Connect+ once you have updated it's firmware.

kan ik de puls2 en carge3 ook koppellen met xtreem2 dus alle 3 gelijk.

Hi Marco, Helaas niet. Je kan de JBL Charge 3 na een firmware update wel koppelen met de XTREME2, maar de Pulse 2 heeft die mogelijkheid niet ( dit heeft met de Bluetooth hardware in de Pulse 2 te maken ). Je zal hiervoor minimaal een Pulse 3 moeten hebben

Bonjour, j'ai changé de téléphone et depuis, lorsque j'essaie de connecter mon enceinte Pulse 2 à celui ci, le bluetooth n'arrête pas de se déconnecter alors qu'avec mon ordinateur ça ne le fait pas, pouvez vous m'aider ? Merci

tu clique sur le bouton power (un cercle avec un trait au milieu), tu allume la bluetooth sur ton téléphone, tablette ou pc, tu vas dans l'onglet bluetooth et tu cherche JBL Pulse 2, tu clique dessus et ensuite sur associer et normalement ca marche! apres si tu veux configurer les couleurs, télécharge l'application JBL sur le playstore/appstore. Voila, voila...

I'm having the same issue. The cable is perfectly fine but the charging port seems loose when I plug in the cable. It stopped charging as if it's not touching when plugged in and so it either slowly charges or doesn't charge at all. Right now it's dead
