Rated 3 out of 5 by from Il aurait pu être parfait, MAIS... J'avais besoin d'écouteurs sans fils pour passer des appels et écouter de la musique sur mes deux téléphone. La construction semble solide : les cordes textiles inspirent bien plus confiance que les cordons caoutchouc (quelques cm de plus en longueur auraient été appréciés). L'appairage se fait rapidement. Quant- à la télécommande et le témoin LED ils sont bien pensés. Pour le son, rien à redire. Cependant, il ne semble vraiment pas convenir pour les appels. Le micro doit être médiocre car la plupart des correspondants me disent ne pas m'entendre, si bien que je dois reprendre mon téléphone en main pour avoir une conversation normale ! Déçue...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works good I bought this a couple weeks ago so reliability is unknown. Sound quality is pretty good, not audiophile quality. Connecting is easy, and can move at least 20 feet and stay connected. It will disconnect when you move too far and will act like it's reconnected when you return, but wont' be. Have trouble answering calls, finding the right button is difficult and you have to hold it an exact amount of time or it wont work, supposed to be 3 seconds but that could be relative. They are not uncomfortable, but you do need to clip it to your collar or it will slide to one side and pull out of an ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed I bought these last month after previously owning Beats. I knew JBL were a good brand but I wasn’t sure if they would match the sound quality. I am really impressed with them, easy to connect, great sound across the range and they are light and don’t fall out when running. Absolutely delighted with the purchase. I can’t really score durable as they are so new, but so far so good.

Mijn clip is helaas afgebroken. Wel ben ik erg blij met de oortjes en wil ze graag repareren indien mogelijk. Wat zijn de mogelijkheden hiervoor?

I got this product yesterday, seems good from 1st day use. But I am very disappointed that, why don't you guys start supply any travel adaptor with this? It's a less power consuming device, sensitive though. Please suggest me the suitable adaptor power.

You can use any USB power block to connect to it so it can charge, usually your phone charger can be connected with the USB cable that came with the earbuds so you can charge it.

They won't turn on or show any light, even when its connected to the charger. Only when connected to the charger and pressing the middle button the light blinks very fast 3 time white and once blue but nothing happens. Can anyone help, please?

Is it possible to turn off the sound when the device turns itself off? Did not find the option in the manual though. Do not want the jumpscares when falling asleep with peaceful meditation music and at some point ---- CABOOM!!...

It says on your website that they support Siri/google now. Can't seem to get this to work, how exactly?

You have to manually press your home button on your phone to activate Siri in which you can communicate through the headphones. In a way, it will support siri, but we do not have a button on the headphones that will actually activate Google Assist.
