Ur controller could use some help ,for the price it seems, (sorry) cheesy.the tabs should be colored & The back ground not. Wire perfect length, Xtra ear plugs to find ur perfect match for ur ears. Sound is great ,needs to be a lil higher . now its part of my body (earphones ) where i go it go's. Last night while trick N treating i heard some music from afar caught up to it low and behold JBL EXTREME SOUNDED GREAT I KNEW IT WAS FROM THE SOUND. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Impressed - Great Sound - Great Fit Someone put a lot of thought into these headphones. First off, they came charged which meant I could try them right out of the box. It took me a couple of try's to find the right Fit with the included ear pieces but once I did they were perfect. Snug in my ear and comfortable. I took them running and they didn't move anywhere. The sound is great too. Well rounded and a surprising amount of bass. They were easy to connect to my iPhone and stayed connected even at some distance. The controls on the headpiece make them even better I now use them in the gym and on runs regularly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All Around Great Product I've had this for a couple months. Great sound, very good battery life and does charge fast. I've had days where I've listened to music at work well into the afternoon before having to charge them. Usually my ears get sore from the fit before I have to charge them anyway. Great at the gym too! They stay in your ears pretty well. Great product for the $100 or so price range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound and Great Fit! The first day that I had these I was already sold. I found them easy to pair with my iPhone 7 Plus and once I tweaked the sound settings in my phone the bass and sound was absolutely perfect. The way that they fit is wonderful in the fact that there is the right amount of wire that sits around my neck and not too much. When I first put them in my ears after customizing the fit I was beyond pleased that they did not fall out with normal movement so the customization was a plus for me. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money Whilst these earphones aren’t cheap, they certainly are good value. They don’t come out of your ears, they’re comfortable, the music sound quality is excellent, the HR feature is good and connects easily. Linked to MapMyRun. All round very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helps With Your Workout Headphones sound great and fit well to keep you going during your workout! So far these seem to work very well and stay in place while being active. The fit takes a little getting used and wouldn't be very comfortable for extended use, but work great for 30-60 minutes workouts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Volume. Not loud enough at all! I just got my replacement because the bluetooth stopped working after 1 week. Got the replacement and bluetooth works, but I have found that both the original and replacement have extremely poor volume. They don't get loud enough at all. Just not loud enough. Maybe good for the office or just around the house music listening. But NOT gym quality AT ALL. Bass is very weak and the volume is very poor. Hope this replacement one doesn't break in a week as well. Yes I tried them both on different devices, just to see if it was the device it was connected too. It was purely the JBL Wireless Sport model that was lacking. Not worth the money spent on them.

How can I check the battery life? I do not see it on my phone indicator bar. Is there an app that can serve to check the battery life and serve as an equalizer?

Unfortunately, there is no app for the Under Armour Sport Wireless for checking the battery life or a equalizer. This would be from 3rd party apps. There is however, a low battery audio prompt and LED light indicator (red blinking) if the battery is low.

Does this model have the quick charge like others where you can get 2 hours out of a 15 minute charge?

good morning , I have purchased a pair of JBL underarmour Wireless headsets which are only 2 days old , they do not seem to turn on or charge or pair at all. I've tried various options and nothing seems to work at all ? anyone offer any advice ?

Hi, I would like to recommend contacting our Customer Support for support. They should be able to advise you. If you believe your product to have a fault, I would like to advise you to return them to the store where you have bought these, for a warranty replacement.

Hi, the headphones powered off on their own, without warning, and I now cannot turn them back on. They are fully charged, but when I press and hold the centre button nothing happens, the headphones do not come on or enter paring mode.

Do these headphones support AptX protocol? I wish Harman would clearly list which headphones support AptX. Thank you.

No they do not. We would include the information if the product supports a specific protocol in the features. The only Product that has AptX at the moment is our JBL Soundgear.
